or on Cdrom, DVD, zipdisk, Etc. Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator InDesign,
Photoshop & Quark Xpress, are all acceptable file formats. Fonts &
linked art MUST BE SUPPLIED (.tif/.bmp/.jpg/.eps). For best results,
linked art should be 300 DPI minimum. Linked art less than 300 dpi will
degrade the quality of your advertisement in the final printed booklet. Our
preferred format for ad submission is an Acrobat PDF file created with
either high quality print or press options. Microsoft Word and Publisher
documents Cannot be accepted. If you have any questions about the

New Innovation Presentations will be on Sunday July 20th and Tuesday July 22nd.
Audio/Visual equipment needed for presentation: A computer and LCD projector will be provided along with microphones, laser pointers etc. All presentations need to be received by cd/dvd/flash drive/memory stick, etc at least two days prior to convention. Please inform us if there will be a delay.
