Registration Information

All industry participants must register to attend any event listed in the schedule of events. 

We encourage you to register by May 31st, 2008 to take advantage of lower fees and to ensure that your name and company name will appear in the printed convention booklet.

Full Registration Fees Include: Admission to all business sessions, Opening Reception, Refreshment Breaks, Sunday Business Lunch, Sunday Dinner and Show, Tuesday Bush Brothers and Company Centennial Celebration.  Additional fees are required for participation in the golf tournament and other optional tours and activities.

Accompanying Person Registration Fees Include:  Admission to the Opening Reception, Sunday Dinner and Show, Tuesday Bush Brothers and Company Centennial Celebration.

Sunday Dinner and Show, Tuesday Dinner & Events and Saturday Reception - are available for purchase for NON-INDUSTRY, Non-registered guests.

Bush Brothers and Company Centennial Celebration:  The Celebration will be held outside at the Bush Brothers Chestnut Hill facility and will include Entertainment, Southern BBQ and a Tour of Bush's new production facility - (Age 6 and older for this tour)  You will be assigned a bus departure time from the resort.  To Attend this event you must pre-register by June 10th.

Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellations on registrations received by May 31st, 2008 will be refunded in full.  Cancellations received after May 31st, 2008 will be charged a $50.00 per person cancellation fee. Cancellations after July 9th, 2008 are non-refundable.

Cancellations must be received in writing and sent to the US Dry Bean Convention either by mail, fax, or email.

Name Badges
Identification badges are mandatory and will be required for admission to all the convention functions (business or social).  Badges are non-transferable.
